Immigration applications must be sponsored by a current legal resident of the United States. REASONING: (1) H1B and other corporate backed immigration pathways tie worker livelihood to a specific company; (2) Individuals being tied to one company reduces their ability to be entrepreneurial or more broadly contribute to their communities; (3) Requiring an individual to sponsor an immigration application provides access to greater communication connectivity.

The US should welcome refugees. We are also see our country is built on cheap immigration labor and initially slavery. Immigration is beneficial. I don't see any reason to slow it down.
This seems to prohibit immigration without sponsorship of some kind.
