The United State shall not import fossil fuels for fuel uses. Congress may determine the manner of enforcement.
We can still use them for fertilizers and industrial products, but not at fuel. There is no reason the US should rely on foreign carbon fuels. America is one of the world's top oil producers. We can use domestic oil. We should not be funding OPEC or Venezuela with our nation's oil addiction. Our foreign policy is based on oil supplies. We have more than enough green resources available to stop using fossil fuels. We lack the political will to change. This will force a needed transition.
