Sensible District Boundaries

Sensible District Boundaries

Voting districts shall have sensible boundaries, roughly honeycomb in shape, and include equal numbers of voters. Boundaries will be decided by non-partisan committees in each state.

Points

partisanship has stretch voting districts into twisted pretzel shape in order to give advantage to one party over another. District boundaries must be neutral and evenly situated in order to support each citizen's right to representation.
