Instant Runoff Voting (IRV) shall be implemented for all federal, state and local elections. This would insure broader support for third party candidates. IRV allows voters to rank their choices, so that as candidates are eliminated, second and third choices are immediately implemented.
Most importantly, IRV enables third party candidates to garner greater support.
