In order to distribute wealth more equally. There should be a limit where any employee can only make up to 50 times more than the median employee for that company.

I propose it be restricted to 50x the LOWEST wage of anyone working for the company. To gage it to the median wage incites skewing the numbers with extremely high & extremely low wages in the company
